We collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and, if you sign up as an agent, license number and brokerage. Buyers additionally provide property preferences (budget, locations, timeline, and similar criteria) used to generate matches. Listing agents provide property details and photos for the listings they submit.
We use this information to operate the Service: authenticating your account, running the matching engine against active listings, routing inquiries between buyers and agents, and sending account-related notifications (in-app and by email).
We use Supabase for database hosting and photo storage, and Resend for transactional email delivery (account notifications, match alerts, and password resets). These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to operate the Service.
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Buyer profile and preference data is shared with buyer's agents you connect with, and with listing agents when you submit an inquiry on their listing. We don't sell your data to third parties.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the email below.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
