By creating an account or otherwise using Buyer Pool (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Buyer Pool is a platform that helps connect real estate buyers, buyer's agents, and listing agents through a deterministic property-matching engine. The Service is provided “as is” and is currently offered as a limited beta to invited users.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering, including your role (buyer, buyer's agent, or listing agent) and, where applicable, a valid real estate license number. Licensed users are subject to manual verification.
You agree not to misrepresent your identity or license status, submit fraudulent or misleading listing or buyer information, or use the Service to harass, spam, or solicit users outside the intended purpose of the platform.
You retain ownership of the listing details, photos, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Buyer Pool a license to display and process that content for the purpose of operating the matching and inquiry features of the Service.
Buyer Pool relies on third-party infrastructure providers to operate, including hosting and database services and transactional email delivery. Use of the Service is also subject to those providers' standard operating practices.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these terms, at any time during the beta period.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Buyer Pool is not a party to any real estate transaction and is not liable for decisions made based on match scores, listing content, or communications facilitated through the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
